This is a 6 week Flourishing Wellbeing program where we work mainly with four components of Flourishing Wellness – Mental Wellness, Emotional Wellness, Physical Wellness and Social Wellness. This is for people who are ready to impact their own wellness by undertaking the commitment to the 10 Key Success Factors for Flourishing Wellness. Each module will provide opportunities for self-reflection and action steps to create comprehensive wellness in your life.
There are two different options for you to do this program.

- Accountability support between sessions to keep you on track to ignite your plan and achieve your goals!
Then either
- 6 x 1 hour Wellness Coaching
OR
- 4 x 1 hour Wellness Coaching,
- 1 Soundbowl Healing Session (75-90 mins)
- 1 Transformational Breathwork Session (75 mins)
